I had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance New York Times Square for four nights. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Times Square, providing stunning views of the billboards. While the small reception area was a bit awkward, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, managing to make our experience nice. The only downside was some minor issues in the bathroom, but overall, it was a great value for the price.
